Term Life Insurance

• 20-Year Level Term
• Renewable to age 95, convertible to age 70
• Special offer for MagMutual medical liability policyholders:Guaranteed Issue for $100,000 (for employee only)
• Larger term amounts avilable subject to simplified underwriting requirements
• Children to age 18 may be covered with Childrens' Term Rider

Whole Life Insurance

• Permanent life insurance protection
• Guaranteed policy premiums, cash values and paid-up values
• Premium and death benefit will not change, unless the owner changes it
• Special offer for MagMutual policyholders of Guaranteed Issue up to $12 per week for employee only
• Special Guaranteed Issue for employee spouses and dependent children for $2 per week

Universal Life Insurance

• Offers protection and a competitive rate of return on the policy’s cash value accumulations
• Current interest rate credited to the cash value of your policy
• Automatic paid-up life insurance allows you to exchange the policy for a guaranteed paid-up life policy
• Special offer to MagMutual medical liability policyholders:Guaranteed Issue up to $12 per week for employee only
• Policies are available for spouses and dependent children, subject to underwriting
• Future Automatic Increase Rider (FAIR) allows automatic increase of $1 per week for the first five policy anniversaries with no evidence of insurability or paperwork. FAIR available for employees age 16-55
