Pat Conboy joined MAG Mutual as Manager of Financial Reporting in 2000, was promoted to Director and Controller in 2003 and then Vice President and Controller in 2008.
Pat holds the designations of Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), Associate in Accounting and Finance (AIAF) and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe).
During his time at MAG Mutual, the assets of the Company have grown from $459 million in 2000 to over $1.4 billion and policyholder surplus has grown from $150 million to more than $385 million. Pat has been an active leader in the Institute of Management Accountants, having served as a Chapter President, Council President, National Director, National Vice-President and has been a member of various national committees of the organization.
Prior to joining MAG Mutual, Pat held several management positions in the Life Accounting and Property and Casualty Accounting departments of the Shelter Insurance Companies.
