We've developed a Pre-Treatment Arbitration Program for states which have approved their usage. Physicians in Florida, North Carolina and Virginia can use pre-treatment arbitration as another tool to combat rising court costs and jury verdicts. The Program has two parts. Part One is for the physician and office staff only. Part Two is to be shared with your patients. To access your state's program, click the state below and input your policy number.
