Malaika Simmons joined MagMutual in 2020 to help lead our claims department in using innovative and data-driven methods to attain the best possible outcomes for our PolicyOwners. Her extensive experience practicing law gives her the ideal skills, expertise and knowledge to take on this strategic position.
Malaika’s legal career encompasses complex commercial litigation, securities, employment, regulatory matters, antitrust, intellectual property, and domestic and international investigations. Prior to joining MagMutual, she served as senior counsel at Wells Fargo and was in private practice in Charlotte and New York City, including a special assignment at Goldman Sachs.
