MagMutual Associate Development Program


This two-year paid job rotation opportunity will offer recent college graduates the opportunity to learn all aspects of our business from the ground up. At the end of your two-year rotation, you’ll have the opportunity to pursue a regular position with our company.

As a MagMutual Associate, you will work closely with the Underwriting, Business Development, Claims, Patient Safety, Risk Management, and Accounting and Finance Departments. You will be assigned a mentor for your two-year rotation in a home department, and have regular meetings with our chairman and CEO.

Want to Apply?

This program is open to top graduates from all majors. You must be a post-graduate candidate with at least a 3.0 GPA and a desire to work in the areas of sales, accounting, risk management and other insurance related professions. After your initial interview, selected candidates must meet established new hire guidelines.
