A covered physician is retiring and needs tail coverage. What do I do?
MagMutual-insured physicians who retire from the practice of medicine are entitled to a free extended reporting endorsement (ERE, also known as tail coverage). Please contact your agent to let them know that the physician is retiring. Upon notification, we will send you a complete retirement package, including a retirement form, Form W-9, extended reporting endorsement, Owners Circle FAQ and volunteer professional liability application.

You can see your payment status on E-Bill Express. Or, call 800-282-4882 and ask for the accounting department. They will be happy to check your payment status for you.

How do I pay my bill online?
Click on Pay My Bill in the footer of our website under 'Account', or access the page from your account profile. There, you can create an E-Bill Express account using your policy number and billing ZIP code. PolicyOwners with PolicyView can access E-Bill Express through your PolicyView billing tab, under Make a Payment.
