Alex is an experimental psychologist with expertise in jury decision-making and complex civil litigation. He specializes in quantitative and qualitative jury research, witness preparation, case theme analysis and development, juror profiling, and jury selection. Alex began researching juror decision-making over a decade ago and moved to the more applied arena of litigation consulting in 2018. Since that time, he has worked for several renowned litigation consulting firms, applying his expertise in dozens of matters in a wide variety of venues. 

Alex joined MagMutual in April 2024 as a Senior Litigation Strategist, where he employs his extensive experience as an academic researcher and litigation consultant to the benefit of MagMutual PolicyOwners, ensuring they receive the best possible legal defense. Specifically, in addition to broader strategic initiatives including large scale research projects and attorney training programs, Alex helps prepare PolicyOwners for deposition and trial testimony, develops probative voir dire and compelling themes and case narratives, and assists in court with jury selection.
