How do I create a MyMagMutual account? 

Go to the MagMutual home page at MagMutual.com and click the MyMagMutual button. On the log in form, click the Register link. Fill out the registration form. If you are a policyholder please include your policy number. Your policy number must be at least seven digits. The two suffix digits at the end of your policy number are not required to be entered. (example: 1234567-xx) You may enter your medical license number, if applicable, but it is not needed to create a policyholder account. 

If you are not a policyholder you may create a guest account with your name and email address.

What do I need to create a MyMagMutual account?

To create a customer account, you will need to provide your name, email address and policy number. You may also enter your NPI number, if applicable, but it is not required.

To create a guest account, you need to provide your name and email address.

How do I use MyMagMutual?

MyMagMutual is our digital platform experience. Policy administrators can manage policies and accounts, request policy and insured support, ask questions and pay bills. I’m getting a message that says my policy number is not recognized. What should I do?

What is a Guest Account?

A guest account gives users access to limited site content without being a policyholder. For example, credentialing organizations may request credentialing documents on behalf of a MagMutual policyholder.

Do I have to be a policyholder to access the Learning Center content?

No. While some of the Learning Center content, including CME credit courses, is only available to MagMutual PolicyOwners, there are articles, videos and additional content we make available to everyone.

I am not receiving a reset password email when I request one. How do I reset my password?

First, check your spam folder. Depending on your email filters, the reset password email may have ended up there. If you still do not see a reset your password email please contact technical support
