How do I create a MagMutual.com account?
Click the Register link in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Fill out the registration form. If you are a policyholder please include your policy number. Your Policy Number must be at least seven digits. The two suffix digits at the end of your policy number are not required to be entered. Example: 1234567-xx. You may enter your medical license number, if applicable, but it is not needed to create a policyholder account.
If you are not a policyholder you may create a guest account with your name and email address.

What do I need to create a website account?
To create a customer account, you will need to provide your name, email address and policy number. You may also enter a medical license, if applicable, but it is not required.
To create a guest account, you need to provide your name and email address.
How do I use MyMagMutual?
MyMagMutual is our new customer portal that replaces PolicyView. Policy administrators can manage policies and accounts, request policy and risk support, ask questions and pay bills. All policyholders have access to MyMagMutual to request policy and risk support. To learn more about using your MyMagMutual account, check out these informational videos:
I’m getting a message that says my policy number is not recognized. What should I do?

What is a Guest Account?
A Guest Account gives users access to some additional site content, including claims lessons, toolkits and exclusive articles, as well as the option to subscribe to our quarterly newsletter, without needing to be a PolicyOwner. Note: if you are a PolicyOwner, we recommend you create a standard account in order to have full access to all of the valuable resources on our site.
Do I have to be a policyholder to access the Learning Center content?
No. While some of the Learning Center content, including CME credit courses, is only available to MagMutual PolicyOwners, there are articles, videos and additional content we make available to everyone.
I am not receiving a reset password email when I request one. How do I reset my password?
First, check your SPAM folder. Depending on your email filters, the reset password email may have end up there. If you still do not see a reset your password email please contact technical support.
