How to Prepare:
To take advantage of new online payment features, you will need a MagMutual online account with billing authorization.
Register for an online account if you don’t have one. This gives you access to MyMagMutual, our customer portal and the place you’ll find the link to make online payments. Check out our FAQs for additional information.
When you visit MyMagMutual, if you see an option for billing, then your account has been authorized. If not, contact our service team at email@example.com to request authorization. Please include your name, email, policy number, account name and account number with this request.
Keep an eye out for more information in your email. Until then, you can continue to pay your bill as you do today.
