Carl Williams

Carl is an experienced litigator who focuses on medical malpractice defense. He has successfully represented clients in trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings across Alabama.

Prior to joining MMPO Defense, Carl was a partner at a national firm representing physicians, practice groups, and healthcare organizations. He has handled a wide range of complex matters, including cases involving death, catastrophic injury, contract disputes, and credentialing issues.

Carl also brings valuable in-house experience, having served as counsel for a nationwide healthcare company, where he helped develop litigation strategies and represented the organization in mediations and investigations.

Carl is dedicated to guiding healthcare providers through the challenges of litigation and delivering strong outcomes.

Carl lives in Vestavia Hills with his family.
