Brian is the Head of MMPO Defense. He started his career as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he was assigned as a prosecutor and responsible for felony and misdemeanor cases. Since leaving active duty in 2007, he has dedicated his career to defending medical professionals and hospital systems in medical malpractice cases. Before joining MMPO Defense, Brian also handled general liability matters in Georgia on behalf of two Fortune 500 companies. He has experience at all stages of litigation – from inception through trial. He has also successfully argued before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.
Brian strongly believes that good medicine should be vigorously defended. He is devoted to providing PolicyOwners with the defense they deserve through a team of exceptional litigators who are compassionate and zealous advocates.
Brian remains active in the Marine Corps Reserves, where he is currently a Colonel and serves on the Headquarters staff for 4th Marine Logistics Group. He lives in Decatur with his wife and three children
