Michaelene is a registered nurse with more than 40 years of experience in healthcare with a clinical background in critical care and emergency nursing. As a risk management consultant, Michaelene worked in a large multi-hospital healthcare network serving acute care facilities, ambulatory surgical centers and physician practices.

Michaelene earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Bloomsburg University and a master’s degree in Nursing with a minor in Education from Misericordia University. She is also a certified professional in healthcare risk management (CPHRM), certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ) and is a member of the American Society of Health Care Risk Management and the Philadelphia Society of Healthcare Risk Management.
