How do I pay my bill online?

You need a magmutual.com account to pay your bill online. That gives you entry to MyMagMutual, our customer portal and the place you’ll find the link to make online payments. Where can I see if you’ve received my payment?

You can go to MyMagMutual and click on the Billing link to review and pay invoices. If you aren’t sure how to register and use MyMagMutual, you can learn more here. How do I obtain a copy of my insurance certificate?

Contact your agent or account rep, or call us at 1-800-282-4882 for further assistance. 

How do I let you know that a physician has left our practice?

Please contact your agent to obtain a physician departure form. Once completed please return the form. If you are not sure who your agent is, please call us at 1-800-282-4882. 

How do I make changes to my policy?

Please contact your agent. If you don’t have your agent’s contact information available, please call 800-282-4882, and we can direct you.

A covered physician is retiring and needs tail coverage. What do I do?

MagMutual-insured physicians who retire from the practice of medicine are entitled to a free extended reporting endorsement (ERE, also known as tail coverage). Please contact your agent to let them know that the physician is retiring. Upon notification, we will send you a complete retirement package, including a retirement form, Form W-9, extended reporting endorsement, Owners Circle FAQ and volunteer professional liability application.
