How do I access Learning Center content?
To access all Learning Center content, you need to make sure you're logged into your MagMutual.com account, as some materials are available only to PolicyOwners. For further support in accessing Learning Center content, check out the videos below.
If you’re a PolicyOwner and are logged in and still can’t access the content, please call us at 800-282-4882 and select 6 or contact technical support, and we’ll be happy to help you.
Does MagMutual get notified automatically when I complete the course?
In the case of discount-eligible courses, yes, MagMutual is notified. There is no need to let us know you’ve completed a course.
Where can I find evidence of my course completions?
You’ll find a list of all the courses you’re currently enrolled in and all the courses you’ve completed on your MagMutual account page under the learning tab.
What should I do after completing a discount-eligible CME course?
Once you’ve completed a discount-eligible course, navigate back to the learning tab on your MagMutual account page, where you can find and print your CME certificate.
How do I print my CME certificate?
Your CME certificate can be found on your account profile page. Log in to your MagMutual.com account. Click on My Profile. Click the Learning tab and your CME certificates can be found there.
If I have to exit a course before completing it, will I start where I left off upon reentry?
Yes. We understand that you may not have the time to complete the course in a single sitting. Our course platform allows you to exit the course and pick up where you left off as often as needed.
I am an administrator. Where can I find evidence of my team's course completions?
You’ll find a list of all the courses your team is currently enrolled in and all the courses they've completed on your MagMutual account page under the team learning tab. The table labeled 'Certificate Courses' is where you'll be able to access and download the CME certificates for all completed courses.
If you don't have access to the "team" tab, please contact the Service Team at 1-800-282-4882 and select 6 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I access the discount eligible courses?
Click Learning in the site navigation to go to the Learning Center. Go to the filtering system on the left-hand side of the Learning Center page. Select the Discount Eligible filter. The content will update automatically to display only the courses and assessment that offer a discount. Choose any of the courses that interest you. Upon completion, we will be notified that you've earned a discount.
How do I qualify for my discount?
PolicyOwners can qualify for a discount by completing discount-eligible course(s) in the Learning Center. Those who previously completed a course will not have the option to complete it again. Full requirements vary by state; check with your agent for details.
I completed the discount-eligible courses. When will my discount be applied?
Your discount will be applied at your next renewal period. If you completed the courses more than 90 days after renewal, the discount will be applied at the next renewal.
What is the deadline for completing the discount-eligible courses?
Course(s) need to be completed within 90 days of the renewal effective date.
